Who we are

While True Ltd, trading as perceptive.ai (“perceptive.ai”, “we”, “us”), operates this website. Our contact email is hello@beperceptive.ai.

What we collect

We collect anything you type into the confessional agent on our homepage, along with your IP address. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.

The confessional agent

Our homepage offers a confessional agent that replies to what you tell it about your AI or software projects. Please treat it as you would any public form and do not enter client names, credentials or anything commercially confidential.

When you submit a confession, the text is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to generate the reply. Anthropic processes it in the United States under their own terms and does not use it to train their models. We record the confession, the reply and the time it was submitted in our server logs so we can understand the problems people bring us and improve the service. We record your IP address to limit how often the agent can be used and to prevent abuse.

We do not link confessions to your identity, and we do not use them to contact you. If you want a confession removed from our logs, email us and we will delete it.

Data retention

We retain email enquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business relationship. Confessional agent logs, including confessions and IP addresses, are retained for up to 12 months. You can request deletion of either at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, or port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@beperceptive.ai.
